2.3 Information generated when you use the Service
- Usage logs, device/browser information, timestamps, and operational events.
- Document processing outputs such as extracted fields, structured accounting data, generated PDFs, and workflow status.

- create, organize, and deliver accounting-related documents and records;

4. Google user data and Google API access
When you connect Google services, Goatie.ai accesses and uses Google user data only within the permissions you grant on the Google consent screen and only for the operation of the Service.
- We use Google Drive access to create, upload, organize, update, and retrieve files or folders that are part of your accounting workflow.
- We do not intentionally access unrelated files or folders outside the permissions and workflow you authorize.
- Google user data is not sold.
- Google Workspace or Google API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We only retain and use Google user data for user-facing features, security, support, and lawful internal operations related to the Service.
5. Third-party services and subprocessors
We may use third-party service providers to operate parts of the Service. Based on our current setup, these may include:
- Google for Google Drive and related cloud integration features.
- Omise for payment processing and billing-related transactions for paid plans.
- Microsoft Azure / Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Foundry-backed services for backend document-processing and AI-assisted features.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment-related information may be processed by Omise or other payment partners we designate. We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated at the time of collection.
